Useful Tips:
- Use all form boxes entered in Inches only.
- This form will accept values in decimal (35.75) and fractional (35 3/4) form. Use whichever is most convenient for you.
- To maintain a valid warranty and fire label using 45-minute through 90-minute mineral core, there must be at least 5-1/2" between the lock prep and lite cutout. Consult the factory for specific cut out and location placement for warranty and labeling requirements prior to ordering glass and vision frames.
- If using SCL core, there must be a minimum of 1-1/4" between lock prep and lite cutout to keep the warranty valid (20-minute fire label requires 4" margins between lite and lock).
- If you get an error message you do not understand, try resetting the form and re-entering your information.
