Useful Tips:
- Use all form boxes entered in Inches only.
- This form will accept values in decimal (35.75) and fractional (35 3/4) form. Use whichever is most convenient for you.
- To maintain a valid warranty and fire label using 45-minute through 90-minute mineral core, there must be at least 5" between the lock prep and lite cutout. Consult the factory for specific cut out and location placement for warranty and labeling requirements prior to ordering glass and vision frames.
- If using SCL core, there must be a minimum of 1-1/4" between lock prep and lite cutout to keep the warranty valid (20-minute fire label requires 4" margins between lite and lock).
- If you get an error message you do not understand, try resetting the form and re-entering your information.
